With husband, Chris, Realtor Kerri Hanleyis the co-owner of Farchette & Hanley Real Estate, which they have been operating as a team since 1993.  A seasoned professional, Kerri has been a licensed Realtor for 15 years and has a deep familiarity with the entire real estate process.

About Chris Hanley

 

The Principal Broker and co-owner, along with wife Kerri, of Farchette and Hanley Real Estate, Chris Hanley has had his Broker?s license for 20 years.  His experience with St. Croix real estate stretches back much farther than that, however, and actually started when he was still very young.

 

?I grew up in this business,? Chris explains, ?as my mother, who was then the owner of Farchette & Hanley Real Estate, has been selling St. Croix real estate since I was a kid.?

 

Thus Chris absorbed more than a few useful things while he was growing up, including the history of ownership of many of the properties strewn throughout the island.  His knowledge of individual properties, as well as each cove and hilltop on St. Croix, equips him with valuable information and insight when listing and selling property.

 

Chris jumped straight into the world of real estate immediately after finishing his bachelor?s degree in marketing from Bentley College.  ?The St. Croixreal estate market is something that I live every day,? he says.  ?I keep up with my local market everyday ? it?s not a hobby, it is my career and I love it!?

About Nancy Gentry

 

Nancy is a graduate of Midwestern State University, and has had her GRI designation for five years now.  She is the team member who handles the meticulous details of listings and closings. Organization and attention to the numerous transaction details make the job of this ?behind the scenes coordinator? an important aspect in the overall team concept.

 

She also keeps the lines of communication open with clients, attorneys, banks, service companies, and other realtors. ?From start to finish, I strive to make certain nothing falls through the proverbial cracks when servicing transactions.  It gives me great satisfaction to have things go as smoothly as possible, knowing our clients have been served well through the efforts of each member of our sales team.?
